Public Meeting Schedule and Agendas

Regular Meetings   

The MACOG Transportation Technical Advisory Committee (TTAC) meets the first Wednesday of each month at 9:00 am.  The TTAC includes the technical staff of the region's elected officials: engineers, planners, airport directors, transit operators. All meetings are open to the public.  TTAC meetings are held at the MACOG Office (11th Floor) in the County-City Building at 227 W. Jefferson St. in downtown South Bend.

The MACOG Policy Board is comprised of the region's highest elected County and City officials from Elkhart, Kosciusko, Marshall, and St. Joseph Counties, IN.  Policy Board meetings are scheduled on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 10:00 am.  The Policy Board Meetings are held in the MACOG Office (11th Floor) in the County-City Building at 227 W. Jefferson St. in downtown South Bend.

The MACOG Economic Development District Board is comprised of the MACOG Policy Board as well as four private sector representatives, four chamber of commerce representatives and two representatives from post-secondary institutions.  The Economic Development District Board meetings are held at least once a year and as needed.  The Economic Development District Board meetings are held in venues throughout the region or the MACOG Office (11th Floor) in the County-City Building at 227 W. Jefferson St. in downtown South Bend. 

All of these meetings are open to the public.
