Directions via TRANSPO public transit:
TRANSPO Bus Routes 2, 4 and 5 each make stops for the County-City Building at the corner of Lafayette and Jefferson Boulevards approximately every 30 minutes. For more information on TRANSPO routes and schedules please visit www.sbtranspo.com
The TRANSPO Downtown Trolley also stops at the County-City Building at the corner of Lafayette and Jefferson Boulevards approximately every 10 minutes. For more information on the TRANSPO Trolley route and schedule visit www.sbtranspo.com
Driving Directions from:
Plymouth, Indianapolis and points south:
Take US 31 north to South Bend, follow signs for Michigan Street into
South Bend. Take a left on Jefferson Boulevard, travel three blocks to
Lafayette Boulevard. The County-City Building will be on your right hand side at
the corner of Lafayette and Jefferson Boulevards.
Elkhart, Goshen and points east:
Take US 20 to the Michigan Street
exit in South Bend and go north into South Bend. Take a left on Jefferson
Boulevard, travel three blocks to Lafayette Boulevard. The County-City Building
will be on your right hand side at the corner of Lafayette and Jefferson
Boulevards.
Nappanee:
Take US 6 west to the SR 331
Mishawaka exit. Take SR 331 north to US 20 and take the Niles, MI/South
Bend exit. Take US 20 to the Michigan Street exit in South Bend and go
north into South Bend. Take a left on Jefferson Boulevard, travel three blocks
to Lafayette Boulevard. The County-City Building will be on your right hand side
at the corner of Lafayette and Jefferson Boulevards.
Niles, Michigan and points north:
Take M-51 south to Indiana, M-51
will turn into SR 933 in Indiana. Follow SR 933 south into South Bend.
Take a right onto Jefferson Boulevard, travel one block to Lafayette Boulevard.
The County-City Building will be on your right hand side at the corner of
Lafayette and Jefferson Boulevards.
LaPorte and Chicago, Illinois and points
west:
Take US 20 to SR 2. Follow SR
2 to South Bend, SR 2 will become Western Avenue. Take a left onto
Lafayette Boulevard, travel two blocks to Jefferson Boulevard. The County-City
Building will be on your right hand side at the corner of Lafayette and
Jefferson Boulevards.
Warsaw and Fort Wayne:
Take US 30 to the US 31 north exit
to South Bend. Take US 31 north to South Bend, follow signs for Michigan Street
into South Bend. Take a left on Jefferson Boulevard, travel three blocks
to Lafayette Boulevard. The County-City Building will be on your right hand side
at the corner of Lafayette and Jefferson Boulevards.
Parking:
1 and 2-hour on street parking is
available on most streets surrounding the County-City Building. Several
pay parking lots and parking garages are also available within a short walking
distance from the County-City Building. For parking information please
