Partners for Clean Air Award Luncheon 2003

Julia Van De Water, Communications and Community Relations Manager, NIPSCO  welcomed the Partners to the luncheon and gave an update on NIPSCO's environmental programs.

Krista Bailey, Director of City of Elkhart's Envirocorps, gave a presentation on Envirocorps' programs and mission.

Janet McCabe, Assistant Commissioner in the Office of Air Quality, Indiana Department of Environmental Management, gave a presentation on the new national air quality standards and their effect on the Michiana region.
